Use of the Website

The content of this website is provided for your general information, job search, and recruitment purposes only. SahajJobs reserves the right to update, modify, or remove content at any time without prior notice. By using our platform, you agree that:

• You will use SahajJobs only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
• You will not misuse the website by introducing viruses, harmful code, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• You will not copy, distribute, or exploit content without prior written permission.
• Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offense.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. By registering, you agree to:

Job Seekers

As a Job Seeker, you are permitted to use the Site and its content for your personal, non-commercial purpose of seeking employment or information related to your job search. You agree that your license to use the Site is automatically revoked upon your attempt to use the Site for any other purpose.

• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information in your profile or job applications.
• Apply for jobs that you are not genuinely interested in or qualified for.
• Engage in activities that may disrupt or misuse the platform for personal or commercial gain.

If you access or use the Site as a Job Seeker, in addition to the general Terms of Service, our Job Seeker Guidelines, and any program- or service-specific terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms for Job Seekers.

When you apply to a job or otherwise interact with an Employer through the Site, you agree and understand that only the Employer, and not SahajJobs, makes any decision in the recruitment and hiring processes, including deciding whether to advance any applicant to any next stage such as an interview and deciding whether to hire any applicant. Employers are prohibited from using or relying on the Site in place of their own independent judgment and decision-making at any step in the recruitment or hiring processes.

SahajJobs does not and will not serve as an agent for any User and expressly rejects any delegation to SahajJobs of any decision-making authority for or from any User. You may use the Site only for informational purposes and to help you be more effective and efficient in your employment-related activities, including searching for and applying for jobs. You agree, as a condition of using the Site, that you will not use the Site, in whole or in part, as a substitute for your own independent judgment or decision-making. You are solely responsible for your account, your use of the Site and any tools offered therein, and your decisions regarding your job search, application, and other employment-related actions. SahajJobs is not responsible and disclaims all liability for any actions taken or not taken based in whole or in part on any information you submit or receive in connection with your use of the Site.

1. Job Ads, Job Matching and Recommended Jobs

• No Control Over Third-Party Conditions or Content: SahajJobs has no control over third-party Job Ads, their content, or any third-party conditions after a Job Seeker applies or leaves the Site. By leaving SahajJobs for a third-party site, you accept their terms. Job Ads contained on, or linked from, the Site are indexed and posted in an automated manner, though Employers can purchase sponsored, featured or paid placements. SahajJobs cannot guarantee, and disclaims all liability for, any User Content submitted by any Employer or User, including the accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, legitimacy, truthfulness, or availability of such content. SahajJobs also cannot guarantee, and disclaims all liability for, the identity of any Employer or User.
• No Obligation: You understand and agree that SahajJobs has no obligation to screen any Job Ads, or to include any Job Ads, in its search results or other listings, and may exclude or remove any Job Ads from the Site or your search result without any obligation to provide reasoning for removal or exclusion.
• Special Listings: SahajJobs may also promote select Job Ads on specific topic pages (e.g., inclusive hiring, military-friendly). When a job ad is put on certain pages or filters, it doesn’t mean the job or employer has any special legal meaning or qualities. These pages don’t list every job, and you shouldn’t assume anything about jobs or employers that aren’t listed. Applying through these pages doesn’t guarantee better results.
• Estimated Salary: SahajJobs may offer estimated salary for informational purposes only. This data, may include third-party submissions, is approximate and subject to change or varying accuracy. Always confirm actual salary figures and job details with the employer.
• Company Pages: SahajJobs may display publicly available information about employers on Company Pages. This information is for informational and promotional purposes only and may be generated by third parties. Please contact the Employer for the most accurate and up-to-date company information.

2. Your Profile and Resume

• General: By creating or adding information to a profile through the Site, by uploading a file resume on the Site (collectively, “Profile”), you authorize SahajJobs to make it available to potential Employers and users of SahajJobs’s resume search program. You are responsible for keeping your Profile accurate and up-to-date.
• Profile Content: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of your profile and resume. Do not include sensitive information you do not want to be made public, such as financial details, social security numbers, or confidential health information. SahajJobs may attempt to hide such data if detected but cannot guarantee it won’t be displayed.
• Feedback: SahajJobs may provide feedback on your resume or profile, including suggestions for improvement. This feedback is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee job results. You are solely responsible for deciding what information to include in your Profile and which jobs to apply for.

3. Applying to Jobs

• No Control Over Employers: SahajJobs does not control Employers or their application processes. Employers decide which qualifications are relevant and who moves forward in the process. Once your information is shared, the Employer’s use of that information is governed by their policies. SahajJobs is not responsible for employer-provided content or messages.
• No Guarantees: SahajJobs does not guarantee that your application will be delivered, received, or acted upon, or that you will receive a response or interview.
• Limits: To maintain the quality of the Site, SahajJobs may impose limits on your use of the Site. Use of automation, scripting, or bots to automate applications outside SahajJobs’s approved systems is prohibited. Users may be required to verify their email or phone number.
• Health and Safety: SahajJobs does not guarantee the identity of any Employer or individual and cautions Job Seekers to verify job offers before taking any action. Job Seekers are solely responsible for validating the legitimacy of any Employer or offer.
• Notifications: SahajJobs may notify you about Employer actions related to your applications or communications. These notifications are provided as a courtesy and should not be solely relied upon; confirm interview details directly with the Employer.

Employers

As an employer, you agree to use SahajJobs to post genuine job opportunities. You must not:

• Post misleading, fake, or fraudulent job listings.
• Discriminate against applicants based on race, gender, religion, or other protected categories.
• Request unnecessary sensitive personal or financial information from candidates.
• Use applicant information for purposes other than recruitment.

1. Employer Accounts

• Your Responsibilities as an Employer: As an Employer, you are solely responsible for your account, your use of the Site and any tools offered therein, your decisions regarding job descriptions, job requirements, whom you interview or hire, and compliance with applicable laws, including relevant federal, state, and local laws regarding employment. SahajJobs is not responsible and disclaims all liability for any actions taken or not taken based in whole or in part on any information you receive in connection with your use of the Site.
• Identity Verification: When you create an Employer account, you may be required to verify your identity. You agree that Third Party Verification Services are independent from SahajJobs and are solely responsible for their collection, use, storage, and processing of your data. SahajJobs does not collect or receive any biometric identifiers or related data from such verification services.
• Data: When you create an account on behalf of an Employer, the account belongs to the Employer. Any information you provide through the account, including actions and timestamps, will be visible to the Employer. Your Employer Profile consists of information you provide during registration of your account. Employers may request that SahajJobs disable an account at any time by contacting support. SahajJobs may be required to preserve business records as required by law.
• Prohibited Uses and Account Security: Employer accounts are for business use only. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including Job Ads posted. SahajJobs is not liable for unauthorized or improper use of your account credentials. If your account is compromised, SahajJobs may notify affected Job Seekers, but does not guarantee notice delivery.
• Email Integrity: If you attempt to send emails using false or misleading names or email addresses, SahajJobs reserves the right to block such communications. Attempting to send false emails constitutes a violation of these terms.
• Email Updates: By registering for a SahajJobs account, you agree to receive mandatory email updates regarding account activity and essential notifications.

2. Your Job Ads and Job Requirements

• Responsibility for Content and Accommodations: You are solely responsible for all content you post, including Job Ads. You must ensure that your content is accurate, non-discriminatory, and compliant with applicable laws, including wage, anti-discrimination, and data privacy regulations. You are responsible for providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities as required by law. While SahajJobs follows accessibility best practices, SahajJobs does not guarantee compliance with all accessibility or disability laws.

3. Enhanced Profiles and Employer Branding Hub

• Featured Employer: SahajJobs may offer some Employers “Featured Employer” status based on the number of job postings or sponsored campaigns. This designation is at the sole discretion of SahajJobs and may be modified or removed at any time.

4. Candidate Management Features

• General: When you use SahajJobs’ candidate management tools (such as your Employer Dashboard or the SahajJobs Apply function), you agree that SahajJobs may provide features to help you manage candidate data and view resumes. You acknowledge that SahajJobs acts only as a mechanical transmitter of such communications and does not make employment decisions.
• Automations: You may instruct SahajJobs to send automated messages (e.g., rejections or interview invitations). You remain solely responsible for all hiring decisions and communication accuracy.
• Record Retention: You are responsible for maintaining employment records or application data as required by law.
• Notifications; No Guarantees: SahajJobs does not guarantee delivery or accuracy of emails, applications, or messages. Employers are responsible for monitoring their dashboard. Notifications are provided as a courtesy only and should not be solely relied upon.
• Verification: To combat fraud, SahajJobs may require email verification for users. However, verification is not guaranteed, and Employers are responsible for handling unverified applications appropriately.

Intellectual Property

All content on SahajJobs, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of SahajJobs or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

SahajJobs strives to maintain a secure and reliable platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. By using our services, you agree that SahajJobs will not be held liable for any damages arising from:

• Errors, delays, or interruptions in service.
• Loss or misuse of data submitted through the platform.
• Reliance on job postings, employer information, or candidate details.
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

Termination of Access

Termination by You: You may terminate your agreement to these Terms at any time by closing your account and discontinuing use of the SahajJobs platform, subject to any continuing obligations outlined herein.

Termination by SahajJobs: SahajJobs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account, remove your content, or restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to any part of the website at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice or liability. Such actions may be taken for reasons including, but not limited to, violations of these Terms, SahajJobs policies, actions detrimental to SahajJobs, its users, or third parties, violations of applicable law, or for business or operational reasons. SahajJobs is not required to provide a reason for any such termination.

Survival: Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including but not limited to Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer of Warranties, Intellectual Property Rights, Confidentiality, Data Use & Retention, Arbitration Agreement, Governing Law, Venue and Dispute Resolution, Payment Obligations, User-Generated Content License, Entire Agreement, Severability, Force Majeure, and Assignment.

Governing Law

Your use of this website and any disputes arising from it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. By using SahajJobs, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in that jurisdiction.

SahajJobs may, at any time and without liability, modify or discontinue any aspect of the platform (including access through third-party links), change, waive, or impose fees for use of the platform, or provide certain features or opportunities to some or all users.

Unless specified otherwise, notices to SahajJobs must be sent by certified mail to the official address provided on our website. Notices to you may be sent to your registered email address or posted in your account dashboard, and will be considered received when sent.

Site Rules

Your use of the SahajJobs platform is conditioned on your adherence to these Site Rules and any other policies or rules listed on our website. Failure to comply constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. SahajJobs may, at its discretion and without notice, take appropriate actions against users or activities that violate these rules — including content removal, service restrictions, forced logout, or account suspension or termination.

DO NOT, directly or indirectly:

• Access the SahajJobs platform through any means other than the official public interfaces provided by SahajJobs.
• Access, collect, or attempt to access any data — especially personal data — by automated means or otherwise, without proper authorization.
• Provide false, misleading, or fake information; impersonate any individual or entity; or create fraudulent accounts.
• Provide instructions, code, or data with the intent or effect of damaging, disrupting, disabling, interfering with, or otherwise impeding the proper functioning of the SahajJobs platform, systems, or services.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass any security measures or access limitations implemented by SahajJobs.
• Engage in automated, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid activity such as fake impressions, clicks, applications, or manipulation of job listings, ad placements, or system metrics.
• Use the SahajJobs platform or services in any way that harms, disrupts, or impairs the functionality or appearance of the site, or the systems that support it.
• Use the platform, including any AI-generated content, to harm or violate the rights of any individual, especially minors.
• Exploit the SahajJobs platform for personal or commercial gain without authorization.
• Use automated systems (including bots, scrapers, spiders, AI or agentic tools) to access, extract, or submit data or content to the platform without SahajJobs’s express written consent (permission is conditionally granted only as described in our robots.txt file).
• Generate or submit user content that is unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Distribute malware, spam, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited commercial communications through the platform.
• Post or transmit highly confidential or sensitive data (e.g., official ID numbers or background check information) that may violate privacy rights.
• Submit job applications or other user content using automated tools or in bulk, unless explicitly permitted in writing by SahajJobs.
• Submit malicious, fraudulent, or spam-related job applications or content, including links, forms, or attachments.
• Interfere with another user’s ability to use or enjoy the SahajJobs platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reformat, resell, frame, or reverse-engineer any portion of the platform.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices from the platform or its materials.
• Promote or encourage illegal activities.
• Send unsolicited or unlawful commercial messages or contact users who have requested not to be contacted.
• Send messages or make calls unrelated to legitimate hiring or job applications.
• Sell, trade, or misuse personal data obtained through the platform.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.

SahajJobs reserves the right to use technical measures to detect, investigate, and prevent unauthorized or automated access to the platform. SahajJobs may monitor all platform activity and block or remove messages or content deemed malicious, spam, fraudulent, or otherwise unwanted, including links, attachments, or scripts. Determinations of objectionable content are made at SahajJobs’s sole discretion.

Attempting to bribe or improperly influence a SahajJobs employee or representative for content removal or preferential treatment will result in immediate removal of your company or account from the SahajJobs platform.
